Homemade Belgian Waffle with Kashkaval Royal Cheese
Waffles are a classic breakfast and brunch item and have become so popular because of their amazing crispy golden exterior, caramel syrup, butter and powdered sugar! Try my waffle recipe with Kashkaval Royal cheese.

4.5 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
6 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
150 gram grated Kashkaval Royal cheese
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Cups Milk
2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Making Waffle, step by step
Step 1
Preheat your waffle iron,
spray with non stick cooking spray
and set aside.

Step 2
In a large bowl whisk together
the flour, baking powder, sugar,
salt, and cinnamon.

Step 3
In a medium bowl, beat the egg
whites with a hand mixer until
stiff peaks form.

Step 4
In a separate medium bowl,
combine the egg yolks, vegetable
oil, milk and vanilla extract.

Step 5

Add the egg yolk mixture to the
dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 6
Fold in the egg whites and the
grated Kashkaval Royal.

Step 7
Pour the batter onto your hot waffle
iron and bake according to directions.
Serve immediately with butter, honey,
cing sugar or another favorite
